AM SERIES
AM horizontal centrifugal pumps for abrasive slurry transfer in mineral processing, tailings and industrial process circuits.
Filter six model records by flow, head and speed, then open the catalogue to check the required operating point.
Enter the flow, head or speed you need to narrow the model list. Leave a field blank if you do not know that value.

Showing 6 model ranges. Open a catalogue page for performance data.
These ranges cover multiple catalogue speeds. A match is a starting point: check that the required flow, head and speed occur together on the model curve.
Include your flow, head, slurry properties and installation details.
The AM series uses a horizontal, cantilevered centrifugal arrangement for abrasive slurry. Metal and rubber-lined wet ends provide options to assess against particle properties, liquid chemistry and temperature.
Metal or elastomer construction selected around the solids and operating duty.
Replaceable metal or rubber liners matched to the slurry chemistry and abrasion.
Packing, expeller and mechanical seal options; confirm the model and duty.
Confirm bearing access, lubrication and shaft alignment for the proposed set.
| Parameter | Available options / required information |
|---|---|
| Wet-end material | Metal or rubber-lined options |
| Sealing | Packing, expeller or mechanical |
| Duty information | Solids, particle size, pH and temperature |
AM catalogue: features and seal options; performance chart and drive forms; model performance tables. Use the model curve and material schedule that match your operating conditions. Catalogue ranges cover different conditions and do not define one operating point.
Pump and motor on a common base. Confirm alignment and the required pump speed.
A belt transmission between pump and motor. Confirm ratio, tensioning and guarding.
Explore mineral, tailings and process duties, with selection details for each application.
For mineral slurry transfer, cyclone feed and tailings circuits.
For tailings transport, pond transfer and slurry handling.
For industrial slurry transfer where particles and liquid chemistry affect the pump materials.
Configure your slurry pump as a bare unit, with an electric motor or with a diesel engine. Define the driver, transmission and accessories around your site and duty.
For integration with your existing driver and installation.
Define the electrical supply and transmission for the required pump speed.
Specify the engine, transmission and supporting equipment for your site and operating hours.
Driver, transmission, baseframe, guards, mounting and maintenance access.
Motor starter / VFD or engine controls, plus the required fuel, cooling and starting equipment.
Wear spares, seals, drawings, manuals and agreed inspection records.
Final driver, included equipment and layout are confirmed in the quotation.
Components prepared for assembly.
Machined interfaces and parts preparation.
Component and assembly inspection.
Protective packing for handling and delivery.
Operation and maintenance sections in the AM catalogue.
Collect flow, head, slurry properties and installation details.
Tell us what slurry you handle, the required flow and head, and the installation or drive you need.
