QD(G)
QD(G) uses a horizontal multistage arrangement for high-head water transfer and boiler-feed duties. The water-temperature limits depend on the version and its model data.
QDL/QDLS
QDL/QDLS is a non-self-priming vertical multistage pump for boosting and water treatment. Its stacked arrangement provides a different installation layout from a horizontal multistage pump.

Use the model curve to match flow and head together. Confirm the proposed stage arrangement, speed and motor against the complete operating range.

For hot-water duties, review the actual version, seal arrangement and wetted materials. Keep temperature and inlet conditions together when assessing suitability.

Allow for the horizontal base and drive or the vertical assembly height. Check connections, pipe support, lifting access and the space needed for maintenance.
Review feedwater temperature, tank conditions, delivery duty and low-flow provisions together for the applicable pump version.
Compare the pressure increase and demand range, then coordinate the selected pump with controls and the delivery network.
Keep required flow, delivery elevation, pipe losses and water quality in the same duty description.
High-head transfer, pressure boosting and boiler feed impose different conditions on the pump. Water temperature and inlet supply belong with the required flow and head.
Agree the pump version, drive and arrangement first. Identify the controls and plant-system provisions needed around that assembly.
