Chemical Pumps questions

Can material labels alone establish compatibility?
No. Stainless steel or fluoroplastic does not establish compatibility with every chemical. Include composition, concentration, temperature, viscosity and seal requirements; verify the selected model and materials.
Is a single-screw pump a progressive cavity pump?
The ALG single-screw pump uses an eccentric rotor and fixed stator to form progressing cavities. This is the progressive cavity pump principle. Review viscosity, solids, temperature and stator compatibility for the required duty.
What equipment and documents should I request?
Specify the pump, drive, controls, accessories, spare parts and technical documents you need. The final configuration and supply scope are confirmed in the quotation.
