Established in 1984, BBP manufactures high-pressure plunger pumps and industrial pumps for cleaning, testing and fluid transfer.
BBP production connects pump component preparation, finish machining, assembly, coating and order-specific inspection. Company information records production facilities covering more than 50,000 m² and approximately 2,000–5,000 pump sets produced annually. The equipment and manufacturing route vary with the pump family, material and agreed supply scope.
Finish Machining
Machining & equipment preparation
Machining prepares mounting faces, bores, fits and connection interfaces for pump assembly and OEM components. The applicable equipment and inspection points are reviewed against the approved drawing and revision.
Drawings, material requirements, dimensions and quantities help clarify replacement parts and custom components. Assembly and equipment preparation are coordinated around the selected pump arrangement and the stated scope of supply.
Foundry
Pump mould design and foundry work support OEM component manufacturing. Casting and heat treatment are considered where required by the selected construction and material specification.
Component drawings, revision status and material requirements provide the basis for reviewing the production route. Machining, assembly and any requested inspection records should be confirmed for the relevant component and order.
