Submersible pumps for water supply from wells.
Compare deep well submersible pumps for borehole water supply in agricultural, municipal and industrial systems. Start with well diameter, static and pumping water levels, water quality and required delivery, then review the pump, motor, riser and cable arrangement.
ASJ is the deep-well product family. Establish both installation fit and hydraulic duty before requesting a particular model.
ASJ / SUBMERSIBLE
A directly coupled submersible pump and motor for groundwater supply. Review the product arrangement and its place in the borehole installation.
WELL / INSTALLATION
Clear borehole diameter, setting constraints and water conditions establish the installation review. Add cable, rising main and lifting access.
A pump-and-motor assembly for clear-water supply from wells. Match the assembly and its operating duty to the well dimensions and pumping water level.
ASJ
ASJ supplies clear water from wells for agricultural, municipal and industrial use. The pump and its directly connected motor operate below the water surface inside the well.
Use this guide to compare the arrangement and information required for selection. Confirm the actual model curve and operating limits for your duty.
Swipe across the table to compare all columns.
| Review item | ASJ product arrangement | What to establish for your well |
|---|---|---|
| Pump and motor | Directly coupled submersible pump-and-motor assembly. | Selected assembly dimensions, motor and applicable operating instructions. |
| Installation | Pump and motor operate submerged in the well. | Clear diameter, setting depth, submergence and motor-cooling requirements. |
| Hydraulic duty | Selected model supplies the required flow and delivery head. | Pumping water level, delivery elevation, pipe losses and outlet pressure. |
| Water condition | Groundwater and clear-water supply applications. | Water analysis, sand content, temperature and model-specific liquid limits. |
| Electrical connection | Submersible motor with a cable route to the surface. | Power supply, cable length and selection, starting and protection requirements. |
| Model reference | Series overview available in the industrial pump brochure. | Request the model curve and installation drawing against the actual well record. |
Review below-ground equipment and surface connections as one installation. Total well depth alone does not define either the pump duty or the complete installation.
01
Confirm the selected assembly’s submergence and cooling requirements against the pumping water level and known variation. Use the well-test record as the source reference.
02
Coordinate the delivery connection, rising main, cable route and wellhead arrangement. The pipe and cable lengths depend on the actual setting and route.
03
Check clear diameter, casing condition, lifting access and setting constraints. Keep the arrangement practical for installation, inspection and later removal.
Connect tested well yield to irrigation demand, delivery elevation and the intended operating schedule.
Review pumping water levels, storage or direct delivery, required outlet pressure and source protection together.
Establish water quality and the process demand, then coordinate the borehole installation with the site delivery route.
The pump must fit the well and supply the intended destination. Well depth and pumping water level describe different parts of that installation.
Identify the pump-and-motor requirement separately from the site’s rising main, cable route, wellhead and controls. Confirm the quoted scope for the actual well.
01
Proposed ASJ model, hydraulic duty, assembly diameter and length, motor supply and applicable liquid limits. Request the model curve and installation instructions.
02
Required cable, rising main, connections, starting equipment and protection. Establish lifting responsibilities, wellhead interfaces and any downstream storage or booster stage.
The industrial pump brochure provides the ASJ family overview. Request the applicable model curve, assembly dimensions, motor data and installation instructions with your well and delivery records.
